DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION:
The Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) recommending the Board of Supervisors recognize Carmen Coleman upon her retirement from the County of El Dorado HHSA Community Services Division, and to sign a Proclamation in recognition and appreciation of Carmen’s 34 years of dedication to public service and excellence in the Community Services Division.
