Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the Director of Environmental Management Department, recommending the Board accept the following resignation and make the following appointment to the El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee:
1) Accept the resignation of John D. Marchini, South Tahoe Refuse Alternate; and
2) Appoint Jeanette Tillman, South Tahoe Refuse Alternate, Term Expiration 09/17/2024.

On August 27, 2019, the Clerk of the Board received notification from the Director of Environmental Management Department that the alternate for South Tahoe Refuse was resigning. As this is a very specific appointment, a Notice of Vacancy was not published. The Director of Environmental Management Department recommended the Board to appoint Jeanette Tillman to fill this vacancy.
