Body

District II constituents in El Dorado Hills have expressed concern over the Planning Commission Hearings for the Central El Dorado Hills project being held too close together during the holiday season.  This does not allow adequate time for the pubic to comment on this project.

By holding a Planning Commission Hearing in January after the holidays, it would provide a better opportunity for the residents to comment on this project.

By holding the Board of Supervisors Hearing in El Dorado Hills in the evening, it

would give the residents a more suitable opportunity to be heard.

The cost of these Hearings should be fully paid by the developer.
