DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Election Code Section 10400 et seq. provides for consolidation of a local jurisdiction election with the Statewide Primary Election to be conducted by the Registrar of Voters of El Dorado County on March 3, 2020.
The Registrar of Voters is the Election Official for local jurisdictions within the County. All jurisdictions have submitted resolutions requesting their district election be consolidated with the Statewide Primary Election.
