Body

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

PG&E reached out to the Chief Administrative Office on October 22, 2019 to request the use of 300 Fair Lane (the old Sheriff Admin building) to set up a Community Resource Center to provide relief to County residents impacted by the Public Safety Power Shutdown.  The following week, PG&E again reached out to use Pioneer Park as a Community Resource Center.  PG&E provided a License Agreement for both sites.  These agreements were approved by County Counsel and Risk Management.  Due to the emergency nature of the request, the Chief Administrative Officer signed the agreements prior to the agreements going to the Board of Supervisors.  The Chief Administrative Office is recommending the Board approve and ratify the Chief Administrative Officer's signatures on Agreement #4486 and #4487.
