2) Appoint a Board member as a member and a Board member as an alternate to SACOG; and

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On January 7, 2020, the Board made its annual appointments to its Committees, Commissions and Boards. At that time, it was requested that the appointments to SACOG and LAFCO be revisited to implement a succession plan as the Board members currently appointed to these Commissions will be terming out in January 2021. Supervisor Veerkamp is the Member and Supervisor Frentzen is the Alternate on SACOG and Supervisors Frentzen and Veerkamp are the Members and Supervisor Hidahl is the Alternate on LAFCO.
ALTERNATIVES
The Board could decide to keep the current appointments.
