Reason for Recommendation: Board of Supervisors policy A-11 requires the Chief Administrative Officer to report to the Board regarding the status of any pending items related to published Grand Jury reports. The last status report was provided to the Board on February 3, 2009 which reflected progress made on recommendations as of December 31, 2008. The attached status report reflects progress on Grand Jury recommendations as of June 30, 2009.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The Board Clerk will file the report.
