Supervisor Sweeney recommending the Board approve the calculation of building fees at the 1980 rate structure for Wesley Fischer on APN 100-100-54, Permit No. 171195. Mr. Fischer has been working with Development Services and Environmental Management to resolve the issuance of a building permit for the apartment that was built in 1980. Staff has reviewed and supports the adjustment for charging the 1980 fees. The apartment has been assessed for property taxes since 1980 and Mr. Fischer has owned the property since 1999.
There will be no TIM Fees charged as TIM Fees were not applicable in 1980. The amount for the permit to Development Services is $830.70. The permit will need to be extended for 30 days for Mr. Fischer to comply with Environmental Management's request for an engineered septic design or letter of inspection.
