Reason for Recommendation: To approve the Treasurer-Tax Collector to continue contracting with R.R. Donnelley to provide and mail annual secured and unsecured property tax bills.  Amendment I is retroactive to July 1, 2009 due to vendor delay in returning the signed Amendment; Amendment I was sent to R.R. Donnelley on June 3, 2009 for signature and returned to the Treasurer-Tax Collector on July 24, 2009.  
 
Action to be taken following Board approval: One approved original amendment to be forwarded to the Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office.  The Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office will notify the Procurement Department of the Board's approval and send one signed original amendment to the vendor.
