Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:  None. There is no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Reason for Recommendation:
The Airport Ground Lease for Portable Hangars has been updated to reflect additional Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and County standards required in all County airport leases.  The changes have been presented and negotiated with the Airport Advisory Committee, Airport staff, and County Counsel.  Negotiations have been completed and all parties have agreed to the new language in the lease.  The ground leases will run for ten (10) years with two (2), ten (10) year options.  Once the Board of Supervisors has approved the new lease agreement it will be necessary for the CAO to revise County Policy F-5 to show the new lease title and date of approval by the Board.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. The Clerk of the Board will notify the Department of the findings of the Board.
2. CAO to publish approved revision to Policy F-5.
