DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

On May 15, 2018 (Item 14), the Board approved the Offsite Road Improvement Agreement (RIA) for Saratoga Way, TM 14-1520, Agreement #18-54843, with Elliott Homes, Inc. (Developer).  The RIA defined the obligations of the Developer for the performance of the work within the County Right of Way.

 

The construction of this subdivision roadway improvement is complete and project acceptance is scheduled for July 28, 2020 (Legistar #20-0854).  Transportation and the Developer need to be within the performance period of the Agreement in order to complete any final punch list items, necessary repairs, resolve utility items, and finalize the improvements.

1)  The Clerk of the Board will obtain the Chair’s signature on two (2) originals of the Amendment with Elliott Homes, Inc.

2)  The Clerk of the Board will forward one (1) signed original Amendment to the Chief Administrative Office, Procurement and Contracts Division, attention Matthew Potter for further processing.
