Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: Executing this Addendum has no direct fiscal impact.  There is no net cost to the County's General Fund.
 
Reason for Recommendation:
The Construction Responsibility and Reimbursement Agreement, # AGMT 07-1404, was approved by the Board on October 16, 2007.  The Agreement provided for the El Dorado Irrigation District's (EID) upgrade and replacement sewer main work along Durock Road to be incorporated into the scope of County's Project # 73354.   
 
The County experienced delays in advertising the Project at the same time EID is prepared to contract for other work on this sewer main into which the subject work could be incorporated.  The two parties mutually agreed to proceed separately with their respective projects and cancel Agreement #AGMT 07-1404.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. Chairman to sign two originals of the Cancellation Addendum to the Construction Responsibility and Reimbursement Agreement.
2. The Board Clerk will forward one fully executed original to the Department for further processing.
