Information Technologies Department recommending the Board:
1) Recognize and acknowledge Kathy Krizl and Russell Barnes upon their retirement from the County of El Dorado Department of Information Technologies; and
2) Approve and authorize the Vice Chair to sign a Proclamation recognizing Kathy Krizl’s 30 years of service and dedication to the El Dorado County and Russell Barnes for his 21 years of service and dedication to the El Dorado County.

DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION:
The Information Technologies Department recommending the Board of Supervisors recognize both Kathy Krizl and Russell Barnes upon their retirement from the County of El Dorado Department of Information Technologies, where their work has contributed to supporting the business areas throughout the organization, with 51 years of service between the two of them, and to sign their Proclamation in recognition and appreciation of Kathy's 30 years and Russell's 21 years of dedication to public service and excellence in the Department of Information Technologies.
