Chief Administrative Office recommending the Board appoint two members to an Ad Hoc Advisory Committee of the Board of Supervisors to participate in discussions with two members of the El Dorado Hills Community Services District (CSD) Board of Directors regarding matters of significance to the County and the CSD on an as needed basis, and present any recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for consideration.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND The establishment of the two-by-two is recommended on an intermittent, as-needed basis to discuss matters of mutual concern to the CSD and the County. The ad hoc committee would serve to improve communication and collaboration between the two entities.
The El Dorado Hills Community Services District Board of Directors will also be asked to appoint two (2) Board members to participate.
ALTERNATIVES
The Board could choose not to appoint Board members to the two-by-two ad hoc committee.
