DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

El Dorado County is a property owner on the 56 acres in Tahoe, which through a lease agreement has been operated by the City of South Lake Tahoe. The City and the County are undergoing a Master Planning Process for the 56 acres. Currently, the consultant is conducting stakeholder interviews and would like to meet with representatives of the Parks Commission.
