Staff would like to discuss the list as priority #9 of the commission is priority #1 for the Parks Manager.  The board has stated this as a priority and the Parks Manager is concerned that the commission has requested a 5, 10, 20 year Capital Improvement Plan and staff feels we need an updated plan to work from.  Attachment A is the project list from the 2012 Park and Trails Master plan.  As you can see many projects have been completed, are not relevant and many are in Department of Transportation.  The County and this commission need an updated Parks Master plan so you have a current project list to work from.

The Chief Administrative Officer has also asked that we submit for what we feel we can complete within a year.  From the list these are the projects staff feels they can accomplish.
