DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Chili Bar Study began on August 6, 2020 when the consultant Helix Environmental received their notice to proceed. Staff and met with the consultant and American River Conservancy on site in September. The consultant has completed Task 1 which was the Opportunities and Constraints Analysis. A public meeting has been set for January 27th at 4:00 as a zoom meeting to present to the public the findings and to begin Task 2 which is Public Input.
