On January 7, 2021, a Notice of Vacancy was posted for the vacant member position. One application was received. The Happy Homestead Cemetery District met and reviewed the application. The Happy Homestead Cemetery District then recommended the application for Kelly Tilson be forwarded to Supervisor Novasel for review. Supervisor Novasel then reviewed the applicant's qualifications and is recommending the Board appoint Kelly Tilson to the Happy Homestead Cemetery District (District V Residency required).
