DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND:
On November 10, 2020, (File ID: 20-1163; Agenda No. 39) the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) provided an update to the Board of Supervisors regarding the status of the Housing and Homelessness Services, specifically regarding the upcoming efforts and opportunities. At this time, HHSA is recommending the Board provide conceptual approval to explore real estate opportunities in Housing and Homelessness Services.
ALTERNATIVES:
Should the Board decline to designate a real estate negotiator, no further progress would be possible regarding this location.
