DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Chili Bar Study began on August 6, 2020 when the consultant Helix Environmental received their notice to proceed. Staff and met with the consultant and American River Conservancy on site in September. The consultant has completed Task 1 which was the Opportunities and Constraints Analysis.
The City of South Lake Tahoe and the County are working on a master plan for the 56 acres in South Lake Tahoe. This property has been under a lease with the City of South Lake Tahoe and they have managed the property.
