DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Supervisor Hidahl and his Assistant Cindy Munt had been the Member and the Alternate for the Board of Supervisors on the Cemetery Advisory Committee since 2019. During this year's Board discussion on appointments to Committees/Commissions, Supervisor Parlin expressed interest in participating as the Board Member for the Cemetery Advisory Committee. The Board proceeded to appoint her as the Member. Currently, Cindy Munt remains the Alternate however this needs to be corrected to appoint Shelley Wiley who is Supervisor Parlin's Assistant. Protocol has the Assistant to the Board Member serving as the Alternate for this Committee.

The Board could decide not to approve this appointment.
