DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Clean Tahoe Program was contacted by the Clerk of the Board as to the expiration of the term of Member, Peter Spellman. A Notice of Vacancy was posted on March 11, 2021. Peter Spellman requested to be reappointed and no other applications were received. The Clean Tahoe Program recommended that Peter Spellman be reappointed to the Clean Tahoe Program.

The Board could decide not to confirm the appointment.
