Reappoint Frank Clark, District Nominee - District 4, Cemetery Advisory Committee, Term Expiration 04/06/2023.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Frank Clark has served as the District 4 appointment on the Cemetery Advisory Committee since March 12, 2019. Frank Clark's term expired March 12, 2021. A Notice of Vacancy was posted on March 19, 2021 and only one application was received. The application was reviewed by Supervisor Parlin. Supervisor Parlin also contacted Frank Clark and after speaking to him would like to move forward with his reappointment.

The Board could decide not to approve this appointment.
