Supervisor Novasel recommending the Board consider the following pertaining to the 29th Annual America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride (AMBBR) and the 18th Annual Tour de Tahoe:
1) Rescind Resolution 080-2020 from the May 5, 2020 Board Meeting; and
2) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 024-2021 recognizing highway restrictions at Lake Tahoe for the September 12, 2021combined AMBBR and Tour de Tahoe event.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and mandates by national, state and county health agencies, the combined AMBBR and Tour de Tahoe has been rescheduled for Sunday, September 12, 2021.
Pursuant to the request of the California Department of Transportation, local jurisdictions are asked to acknowledge, by resolution, highway restrictions that occur during special events.
