DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Steven S. Jones and Karen Jones, Trustees of the S & K Jones Trust dated February 7, 2005, owners of Lot 136 and Thomas G. Yancey, Trustee of the Yancey Family Trust dated July 16, 2013, owners of Lot 137, owners of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 109-161-002 and 109-161-003, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate portions of public utility easements located on said properties. Said properties are within the community of Cameron Park, Supervisorial District 2.

The easements were acknowledged and accepted by the County of El Dorado on December 28, 1959, and the Subdivision Map was recorded on December 28, 1959.
