DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
An open, competitive recruitment was held to fill the vacant position of Director of Environmental Management, yielding Jeffrey Warren as the top candidate.
The recommendation is that Jeffrey Warren be appointed to Step 1 of the salary range, as Director of Environmental Management, along with benefits and other compensation per Section 5 of the Salary and Benefits Resolution for Unrepresented Employees.
ALTERNATIVES
If not approved, the Board will be required to consider other candidates or conduct another recruitment for the position of Director of Environmental Management.
