Clerk of the Board, based upon the recommendation of the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council, recommending the Board make the following reappointments to the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council:
Reappoint Juline Aguilar, Public Agency - Superintendent of Schools Appointment, Term Expiration 08/31/2025; and
Reappoint Noelle Mattock, Designee, Term Expiration 08/31/2025.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A Notice of Vacancy was posted on July 15, 2021. The El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council met and decided to reappoint Juline Aguilar and Noelle Mattock to the El Dorado County Early Care and Education Planning Council. The Council then made a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to move forward with this appointment. Noelle Mattock's appointment will also need to be approved by the County Superintendent of Schools.
