DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Registrar of Voters is the Election Official for local jurisdictions within the County. The Elections Department can handle the consolidation of the jurisdictions' contests on the Consolidated District Election ballot.
Elections Code Sections 10400 et seq. provide for consolidations of local jurisdiction elections with the Consolidated District elections to be conducted by the El Dorado County Registrar of Voter on November 2, 2021.
