Appoint Dale Lusby, Member, Term Expiration 1/1/2023.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A Notice of Vacancy has been posted since May 10, 2021 for a vacancy on the Kelsey Cemetery District. An application was received from Dale Lusby and was reviewed by the Kelsey Cemetery District Board of Trustees. After reviewing the application, the Board of Trustee requested that Supervisor Parlin bring the appointment to the Board of Supervisors for approval.
