Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:  The cost to install "NO PARKING" signs on Foxmore Lane is estimated at $200.00.  Funding for the installation of signs is available in the fiscal year 2009/2010 Road Fund budget.

Reason for Recommendation: Resolution No. 252-81 established parking restrictions pursuant to Section 10.12.010, of the El Dorado County Ordinance Code.  On September 2, 2009, the West Slope Traffic Advisory Committee recommended the addition of parking restrictions along the north and south side of Foxmore Lane (No. 2714) within the limits of the turn-around at the entrance of the Sierra Crossings Subdivision from milepost 0.12 to 0.14.
 
Action to be taken following Board approval:  The Clerk of the Board will return a signed copy of the Resolution to the Department of Transportation.  The Department of Transportation will install "NO PARKING" signs.
