Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: There is no cost associated with the proposed change in the bus loading zone on Foxmore Lane.

Reason for Recommendation: Resolution No. 254-81 established loading restrictions pursuant to Section 10.12.050, of the El Dorado County Ordinance Code. On September 2, 2009 the West Slope Traffic Advisory Committee recommended revised language for the bus loading zone along Foxmore Lane (No. 2714). The proposed Resolution amends Resolution No 254-81 revising the language of the loading restrictions as recommended by the Traffic Advisory Committee.
Action to be taken following Board approval: The Clerk of the Board will return a signed copy of the Resolution to the Department of Transportation.
