The Subvention funding application form (Attachment A), designed to identify the total budget for AQMD's air pollution control program including a detailed breakdown by funding source, shall be completed by AQMD and submitted to CARB prior to November 23, 2009.

Action to be taken following Board approval:
1. Board Clerk to provide certified copy of Board's action to the AQMD.
2. The Air Pollution Control Officer to submit FY2009-2010 Subvention funding application
to CARB.
