DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The El Dorado County Fair Association Board is comprised of eleven (11) Directors, five (5) of which are County Seats, with one being appointed by each County Supervisor, and six (6) Association Seats, which are elected from the Association membership in good standing.
A vacancy was created when Karen Feathers, the Fair Association’s Supervisorial District IV Director, was elected to one of the Association Seats on the Fair Association Board and was also elected to be the President of the Fair Association Board of Directors.

The Board could choose not to appoint for this vacancy.
