Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost:
Acquisition costs are $3,350 with title and escrow fees of $1,650, for a total estimated cost of $5,000. The Tennessee Creek Bridge Replacement Project #77109, is funded with Highway Bridge Program (HBP), Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Grants and the 2004 GP Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee program (TIM) and sufficient funds are in the project budget for the subject acquisitions. There is no net cost to the County General Fund associated with this agenda item.

Background:
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has been working to advance this grant funded project for the improvement, signalization, and channelization of the 3-way intersection of Green Valley Road and North Shingle Road and replacing the two-lane, reinforced concrete girder bridge with a three-lane, pre-stressed slab bridge.
