Supervisor Novasel recommending the Board consider the following:
1) Rescind Resolution 080-2020 from the May 5, 2020 Board meeting and Resolution 024-2021 from the April 6, 2021 Board meeting; and
2) Adopt and authorize the Chair to sign Resolution 033-2022 recognizing highway restrictions on Sunday, June 5, 2022 for the 29th Annual America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Due to COVID-19 restrictions and mandates by national, state and county health agencies in 2020 and the Caldor Fire in 2021the 29th AMBBR has been rescheduled to Sunday, June 5, 2022.
Pursuant to the request of the California Department of Transportation, local jurisdictions are asked to acknowledge, by resolution, highway restrictions that occur during special events.
