DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On December 7, 2021 the Board approved Agreement for Services 6044 with W.W. Grainger in an amount not-to-exceed $139,946 for a one year term to provide facility condition assessment services. This allows the Division to gain a current assessment with updated economic and construction estimating data which is critical to budget development and planning. Additionally, this data will be imported into a new asset management software system. This new software will manage all the Division’s maintenance and construction workflow and starting with current data is very beneficial.

During this Board meeting of December 7, 2021, the Board requested four additional facilities be added to the assessment locations list. Those are as follows:

3050 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe (Senior Center)
3051 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe (History Museum)
3062 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe (Tahoe Art League)
3066 Lake Tahoe Blvd., South Lake Tahoe (Ambulance Services)

Amendment I allows for the inclusion of these locations and increases compensation by $6,608 for an amended not-to-exceed of $146,554. The Project Schedule/Fee exhibit and Work Locations exhibit have been modified respectively with no other changes to the agreement.
