Acquisition costs are $1,400 with title and escrow fees of $1,600, for a total estimated cost of $3,000. The Green Valley Road at Tennessee Creek - Bridge Replacement Project #77109, is funded with Highway Bridge Program (HBP), Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) Grants and the 2004 General Plan Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee Program (TIM) and sufficient funds are in the project budget for the subject acquisitions. There is no net County cost associated with this agenda item.
Background:
The Department of Transportation (DOT) has been working to advance this grant funded project for the improvement, signalization, and channelization of the 3-way intersection of Green Valley Road and North Shingle Road and replacing the two-lane, reinforced concrete girder bridge with a three-lane, pre-stressed slab bridge.
