Elections Department recommending the Board declare the results of the official canvas of the November 3, 2009 Consolidated Districts Election conducted by the Registrar of Voters.

Fiscal Impact/Change to Net County Cost: The districts will be billed individual costs for the elections held. The Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters will be reimbursed by said districts.
Reason for Recommendation: The results of the votes cast at the Consolidated Districts Election held November 3, 2009, were certified by the Recorder-Clerk-Registrar of Voters on November 10, 2009. Elections Code section 15400 states that the governing Board shall declare the results of each election held under its jurisdiction.
Action to be taken following Board approval: Return a signed minute order to Elections Department.
