Said property is within the community of Diamond Springs, Supervisorial District 3 at 4100 Throwita Way.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
A request has been submitted by Waste Connections of California, Inc., a California Corporation, owners of Assessor's Parcel Number 051-250-092, requesting that the County of El Dorado, Board of Supervisors, vacate a portion of the condemned Road and Public Utilities Easement located on said property. Said portion of said easement is more particularly described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B of the attached Resolution.
The Road and Public Utilities Easement, as shown on Tract 2 and Tract 3, R.S. 28-38 and Parcel 1 and a portion of the remainder P.M. 28-60 being portions of the SE 1/4 of Section 24, T.10N, R.10E., and the SW 1/4 Section 19 and the NW 1/4 Section 30, T.10N., R.11E., M.D.M., recorded in Book 28 Records of Survey at Page 38, was acquired and acknowledged by the County of El Dorado in the Final Order of Condemnation Document Number 99-0004479 on January 19, 1999. The Final Order of Condemnation was recorded on January 22, 1999.
ALTERNATIVES
An alternative would be to not adopt the Resolution of Vacation for Abandonment of Easement 22-0001. By utilizing this alternative, the owners of Assessor's Parcels 051-250-092 would be unable to pursue any development that would impact the subject easement.
