Given this appointment was for the North State Building Individual Member a Notice of Vacancy was not posted. This appointment requires the member to be an employee of the North State Building Industry Association. The only application submitted was from Vance Jarrard. The Building Industry Advisory Committee reviewed his application and made the recommendation to appoint him to the Committee.

The Board could decide not to appoint Vance Jarrod.
