DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
Over the past several years the Board has invested a significant amount of resources into Capital Projects and deferred maintenance at County facilities. The County continues to make significant progress in replacing end of life buildings and investing in deferred maintenance. The FY 2022-23 Proposed Work plan totals approximately $33 million in Capital Projects and deferred maintenance.
