Body

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND

As the Parks Division moved forward with the Old Depot Bike Park project located at 40 Old Depot Road, Placerville, California, it was determined that relocation of EID's water facilities is necessary to accommodate the Project, and that there was no mechanism to pay for the services provided by EID for this work.  This agreement will allow the county to reimburse EID for the process of relocating water facilities to accommodate the Old Depot Bike Park project.
