Request to consider an appeal received from Cameron Hills 41-20, LLC submitted by Michael C. Stettner, appealing the Planning & Building Department Director’s determination that the Final Map Map (TM-F22-0001) (TM-F22-0011) for the Cameron Hills Tentative Subdivision Map (TM08-1473) was not timely filed. The Cameron Hills Final Subdivision Map to allow for the creation of a total of 41 residential lots and five (5) miscellaneous lots.
