DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On January 3, 2023, the Board met at a regular meeting to discuss Board Member appointments to various Committees/Commissions/Boards. The Human Rights Commission's bylaws state in Article IV - Membership "Two (2) members shall be members of the Board." Supervisor Hidahl requested to be reappointed to the Human Rights Commission. No other requests for appointment were made, leaving a vacant Board member position on the Commission. Staff was asked to return to the Board for further discussion on the Human Rights Commission.

The Board could decide not to take any action.
