Appoint Ami Chilton, Member, Term Expiration 02/21/2027.
Appoint Edward Miller, Member, Term Expiration 02/21/2027.
Appoint Russell Crawford, Member, Term Expiration 02/21/2027.
Appoint Janet McDougall, Member, Term Expiration 02/21/2027.
Appoint Thomas Celio, Member, Term Expiration 02/21/2027.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Measure S Citizens' Oversight Committee meets on an annual basis prior to the Board of Supervisors (Board) approval of the County's Recommended Budget to review the revenue and expenditure of funds generated by the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT). The Committee prepares a written report to the Board relating to the revenue and expenditures of the TOT funds.
Resolution 024-2023 was adopted on January 24, 2023 and establishes the membership for the Measure S Citizens' Oversight Committee. There shall be five direct appointment who hold primary residency in the unincorporated portion of the Tahoe Area of the County.
A Notice of Vacancy was posted on January 30, 2023. Applications were received and reviewed by Supervisor Laine and Director of Transportation Rafael Martinez.

The Board could decide not to approve the appointments.
