The Board also authorizes the Chair to make minor revisions to the letter before signing and sending to Dr. Pimentel.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
At the February 15, 2023 Agriculture Council meeting, attendees were asked to submit letters of support for the proposed teaching vineyard at the Folsom Lake El Dorado Center, with a submittal deadline of March 6, 2023. Due to the short turnaround time and the Board meeting schedule, Supervisor Parlin drafted the letter for the Board’s approval, allowing the Chair to make minor revisions before signing and sending the letter.
