Supervisor Parlin, based upon the recommendation of the Kelsey Cemetery Advisory Committee, recommending the Board make the following reappointments to the Kelsey Cemetery District:
1) Reappoint Raymond LeVitt, Member - Term Expiration 4/9/2025; and
2) Reappoint Robert Villalobos, Member - Term Expiration 4/9/2025.

Excerpt from Kelsey Cemetery regular meeting minutes 1/24/23.
"Staggering Trustee appointments - California H&S Code Sections 9023 and 9024 dictate a separation of two years between appointments of Trustees, staggering the 4-year terms. The terms of Trustee Bob Villalobos and Ray LeVitt are due to expire on April 9th, 2023. To bring the District in compliance with State Statute, it is proposed that we request that the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors make appointments for these two Trustee positions to expire in 2025, two years hence, and thereafter make them four year appointments. Moved by LeVitt, seconded by Lusby, passed 4 ayes, 0 noes."
