Supervisor Parlin, based upon the recommendation of the Coloma Lotus Advisory Committee, recommending the Board make the following reappointments to the Coloma Lotus Advisory Committee;
1) Reappoint Darin Freeland, Member-at-Large - Term Expiration 6/25/2027; and
2) Reappoint Howard Penn, Business Representative - Term Expiration 6/25/2027; and
3) Reappoint Nathan Rangel, Commercial Outfitter Representative - Term Expiration 6/25/2027; and
4) Reappoint David White, Landowner/Resident Representative - Term Expiration 6/25/2027; and
5) Reappoint Rusty Sage, Landowner/Resident Representative - Term Expiration 6/25/2027.

Attachment A is letter of nomination to reappoint Nathan Rangel as the outfitter representative, which is a requirement of Resolution No. 165-2022 which is attached as Attachment B and excerpted here:
Resolution No. 165-2022 excerpt:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Supervisors of the County of El Dorado hereby
amends Section 3.B of Resolution 078-2019 as follows; Outfitter Representative There shall be one outfitter
representative who shall be an owner or operator of a business possessing a valid River Use Permit for the
South Fork of the American River or a designated representative of the relevant South Fork American River
outfitter trade association as nominated and put forward to the Board of Supervisors by their membership.
