DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
On June 29, 2023, a recommendation was made to appoint Catherine Howells as the Member representative of the So. Tahoe Refuse to the El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee as the replacement for Lauren Benefield who has resigned. Due to the specific nature of the requirement for this position, a Notice of Vacancy was not posted.
