Clerk of the Board, base upon the recommendation of the Director of Environmental Management Department, recommending the Board accept the following resignation and make the following appointment to the El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee:
1) Accept the resignation of Ross Reakseeker, El Dorado Disposal, Alternate; and
2) Appoint Christopher Brown, El Dorado Disposal Alternate, Term Expiration 9/26/2028.

DISCUSSION / BACKGROUND
The Clerk of the Board received notice on September 1, 2023 of the resignation of Ross Reakseeker from the El Dorado Solid Waste Advisory Committee. Due to the specific nature of the appointment, a Notice of Vacancy was not posted by the Clerk's office. The Clerk's office received the recommendation on September 1, 2023 from the Director of Environmental Management Department to appoint Christopher Brown as the Alternate for El Dorado Disposal.
